Rap Daily: Rapper Capone has asked 50 Cent to steer clear of his growing beef with Mobb Deep, who are still close associates of the G-Unit frontman. Capone has been lashing out at Prodigy on the Internet, over allegations made in P's new book, "My Infamous Life: The Story of Mobb Deep's Prodigy." In the book, Prodigy accuses Capone of veteran rap group Capone-N-Noreaga, of going to court and testifying against Havoc's brother, Killer Black. Prodigy's comments and his refusal to back down from the allegations, have sent Capone on a mission to clear his name. "50, I am asking you stay of this please, my ni**a. I got love for you, you're from Queens, you're a Queens ni**a like me, but just this is not a situation which - at the end of the day, it's hammer time." The beef seems to be growing as well, in intensity. Former associate and Bars-N-Hooks member Mike Delorean also chastised Prodigy for calling out Capone in his tell-all book. Mike was also mad that Prodigy talked about him in a few chapters in the book, which included comments about his mother, and accusations that Bars-N-Hooks robbed Havoc. "P you was a wankster, you talking about things you don't even know. you wildin' talking about ni**as mothers. You talkin' about ma dukes and she's resting in peace. Man, the goons are on your head," Mike Delorean said. Capone offered an explanation as to why he ended up on the stand, testifying against Killer Black. "I got caught in a situation, and I gave a false statement [to police]. I lied. Come to find out, the motherfu**ing statement came back, they tried to use me as a witness. But I lied. I wasn't Killer's co-defendant, I wasn't there when the crime happened, I aint speak to him after. But I didn't put nothing in there to incriminate nobody. The n***a you say I snitched on was running in the streets with me. Get your facts right."

Rap Daily: President Barack Obama got revenge on mogul Donald Trump last night at the annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton.
Over 2,500 politicians, journalists and celebrities, including Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons and will.I.am, attended the annual dinner, which honors excellence in journalism.
President Obama and Saturday Night Live comedian Seth Meyers centered the majority of their jokes on Donald Trump, who had been questioning if the President was born in Hawaii.
President Obama began his speech by immediately addressing the "birthers" who claimed he wasn't born in Hawaii.
He then set his sites on Donald Trump, who was booed as he arrived at the dinner.
"Donald Trump is here. I know he's taken some flack recently, but no one is more ready to put the birther issue to rest than the Donald," President Obama said. "So he can focus real issues at hand facing America, like ‘Did we really land on the moon?’ ‘What really happened in Roswell?’ And, ‘Where are Biggie and Tupac?’”
The rap name checking didn't stop there. President Obama also made fun of Donald Trump's aspirations to run for the oval office.
"We all know about your credentials, and your breadth of experience," President Obama said. "For example, on a recent episode of Celebrity Apprentice, at the steakhouse, the men’s cooking team did not impress the men from Omaha Steaks. There was lots of blame to go around, but you, Mr. Trump, recognized that the real problem was a lack of leadership. Ultimately, you didn’t blame [rapper] Lil Jon or [singer] Meatloaf, you fired Gary Busey. These are the kinds of decisions that keep me up at night. Well handled, sir! Well handled."
Donald Trump claimed he didn't think President Obama would address him during the White House Correspondence Dinner and called the ribbing "inappropriate."
"I had no idea it would be to that extent, where you know, it was just joke after joke after joke," Donald Trump said on Fox and Friends earlier this morning (May 1st). "It was almost like, is there anyone else they could talk about?"

Rap Daily: In one that can be filed as "Hip Hop Beefs That Just Won't Die," Mr. Carey says he's got a few more barbs to toss Em's way.
Nick Cannon is still fighting the good fight—apparently—and is still looking to defend his wife’s honor.
Cannon, who is married to Mariah Carey, revealed that he will discuss his beef with Eminem during his upcoming Showtime comedy special. “I say how I feel about it. I mean it’s definitely an interesting take— I’m not trying to stir up old news. That’s the thing that my stand-up special is actually about. It’s everybody getting to hear what I have to say first-hand instead of [hearing it] through interviews and hearsay.”
“You get to see how I feel about it,” he continued. “And I think that’s why a lot of people are gonna be intrigued to watch. I talk about everything from Eminem, to my marriage, to how I feel about other celebrities and all that stuff. So, it’s an interesting take. People have been buzzing about it. I’ve been on the road with it for the last year, and everywhere I go it’s a standing ovation. So, I think it should be well-received.”
Cannon also had some tough talk for Shady. “I mean, if I see dude, and it ain’t 10,000 body guards around, I feel like we need to have a real man-to-man. And if he’s a froggish type of dude then we both can leap. But I doubt that’s ever gon’ happen because he don’t move like that. It’s one of those things where it’s definitely entertainment, I get that, but then there’s a line you cross where you start to disrespect a man’s family in different situations.”
